Minimal frame

Checkout, a focused single-task flow - a logo header and nothing else.

The barest frame: a logo-only header above one main region, with no sidebar at all. SidebarInset is still the page's main landmark, so the skip link and the main id work the same way; the sidebar is simply never rendered. Reach for this on checkout and other focused flows where navigation would only be a distraction.
